Hi 👋🏼 I’m Marisa—wife to an Icelander and mama to two spirited, half-Viking girls.

Litla (pronounced lit-la) means “little” in Icelandic. It grew from a big love for the magic of childhood—the wonder, the stories, the seasons, and all the tiny moments in between.

This shop is a reflection of what feels like home to me: the simplicity of Scandinavian living, the ease of California, and all the color, texture, and joy we’ve gathered on our travels. From European markets to Kenyan sunsets, each piece holds a bit of that journey.

Litla is my way of sharing those memories and bits of magic with you and your littles.
