Litla’s Return & Exchange Policy
I hope you love everything you picked out—but if something’s not quite right, I’m here to help.
Returns:
You’ve got 14 days from when your order arrives to send things back. Items need to be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags still attached.
Exchanges:
Need a different size or color? Just email me within 14 days and I’ll walk you through it.
A few things I can’t take back:
For hygiene reasons, I can’t accept returns on jewelry or swimwear unless they’re unopened and in original packaging.
To start a return or exchange:

Once I receive your item, I’ll take care of your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
Shipping costs:
Return shipping is your responsibility unless I made a mistake—then of course, I’ll cover it. I recommend using a trackable service just to be safe.
Refunds:
Once I process your return, I’ll refund your original payment method. It might take a few days to show up depending on your bank.
Quick things to remember:
– Returns/exchanges must be within 14 days
– Items must be unworn and tagged
– Final sale or non-returnable items can’t be returned
